I was asked if I would put together a Christ-centered art gallery in connection with a musical concert. It was such a wonderful, rewarding experience!
After entering the 2023 Texas City Art Competition, I was invited to be a featured artist and to create a special exhibit of 20 pieces for the 2024 show! And imagine my surprise when I was chosen by the mayor as his own choice artist!
I was awarded the People’s Choice award for my piece “Quilted Ballerina.”
